It would be nice if the adult who was in the car would be held responsible, but I'm not holding my breath.

Per the story "It is unknown if this the result of a crime or an accident."

I'm pretty sure if a 3 year old is shot to death there's an adult guilty of something somewhere in the area & it should never be written off as an "accident".
