Holst's "Planets" with big screen HD NASA film, also Strauss' "Music of the Spheres"
and Philip Glass' First Violin Concerto....went to that last night at the Nashville Symphony. I wanted to do something to get out of my Trump misery and experience pure beauty for a couple of hours. It was sublime....the grandeur and mystery of the planets, all of the musicians working together in harmony to achieve something brilliant...it was a wonderful evening. They are performing this again tonight (Saturday) and a Sunday matinee. I highly recommend it if you are in the area!
