(3,478 posts)my moms assisted living facility in Greenwood, Indiana - they now have a resident with a confirmed case. Im losing my shit today, imagining the virus running thru the facility like a wildfire. My mom is in the locked memory care ward, but staff goes to both areas - the locked ward and the regular assisted living area. Its so easy for that to be passed amongst the entire facility. I am imagining my mom, and the phrase people have used to describe the pneumonia - like having ground glass in your lungs.
