Anyway, most of the comments exclduing the two R trolls were expressing sadness that people who need and depend on these benefits were duped by Trump.

They will get what they deserve, because they were stupid!!! The bad thing is that others will suffer, too!

From the article

“Some longtime Democrats like Ms. Mosura said they initially struggled over whether to vote for Trump. They had believed Democrats were the most likely to help the poor and disagreed with Republicans on issues like abortion. But Ms. Mosura said she kept coming back to the conclusion that Trump would put Americans like her first and improve her economic prospects.

Ms. Mosura said she has been unable to find full-time work in her field and is planning to change her party affiliation to Republican. But she also gets anxious when she hears GOP politicians talk about reducing government spending.”

So if I get this straight, she knows Republican policies are not in her interests, but voted for them anyway. Yep, gotta be a cult.

or extremely gullible and ignorant for believing Trump cares one iota about her well being. Either way, she'll arrive at the same destination.

He told you that you are suffering because other people are taking shit away from you and you bought it.
The reason you are poor - other people - Immigrants taking away your jobs, the government is spending your money on immigrants and sending it to Ukraine.

Your bigotry and contempt for other humans got you here.

Never mind that his shining achievement is helping rich folks with big tax cuts. Never mind that he said, it is smart for him to not pay taxes. But you rely on tax dollars for your benefits. His rich buddies want to cut your benefits to keep theirs. Not to mention, his mass deportation plan has an enormous price tag, where o where is that money going to come from?

I'm not even sure they live in Pittsburgh, but they live for trolling online, and that seems to be all they do.
I'm a PG subscriber and semi-regular reader, and I have muted many of those a-holes.

Just sayin'

Edit to add: this particular article doesn't seem to have many trollish comments, but it's early yet.
Also this story was written by a PP-G reporter, not a pick-up from the Washington Post.

I've seen comments disabled when the story is on a controversial subject. But the comments were generally thoughtful and polite except for the two rw trolls.
