Update: PA state House control

https://www.post-gazette.com/news/election2022/2022/11/14/pennsylvania-state-house-district-142-midterm-elections-vote-count-joseph-hogan-mark-moffa/stories/202211140093

Bucks county election officials discovered a batch of votes from election day voting where the votes from 1 machine weren't correctly reported to the county. Those votes have put the R 114 votes ahead. There are still 275 provisional ballots, 156 segregated ballots and 32 military/overseas ballots left to count. I'd guess the provisional ballots are election day votes probably favoring Rs, so I think Dems might not pick up HD-142.

However, in HD-151, Stevens lead is down from 26 to 12. Dems probably have a better chance to flip this seat than HD-142 especially if all that's left is mailed ballots.

Looks like Dems will flip the state House. R Hogan won HD-142, but D Cerrato overtook incumbent R Stephens. She leads by 37 votes with 59 provisional ballots left to count. If her lead holds, that gives Dems 102 seats to Rs 101.
