BUTLER CO., Pa. The son of Butler Countys top judge pleaded guilty to child pornography, but the sentence he received sparked outrage from the community.
John Paul Doerr III, 34, was sentenced to five years probation, six months house arrest and 15 years on the Megans Law registry after pleading guilty to 35 counts of child pornography -- which could have landed him a maximum sentence of more than 250 years in prison.

My former BIL got a 10 year sentence and life on the sex offender registry, as well he should. Was about the same age as the judges son too. Sounds closer to a Jeff Epstein type deal. Yet another example that justice for the rich and connected is different than the for the poor and dispossessed.

... as in ... he's done it before and he'll probably do it again.
If they catch him downloading more child porn, this sweet deal should be wiped out and he'll go to prison for sure.
