the Democrats in Congress tried to get the single payer system for the ACA, but Republicans refused. Republicans are for big salaries and big bonuses for Insurance companies.

Hope we can seat a Congress in January 2015 that will make the ACA into the single payer that it should be.

10. Income to low to qualify for the Bronze Plan of ACA? Fill out an application for Medicare

at any age. What happens is that the Social Security Administration, under the ACA, forces the State Health and Human Services Commission in every state to process Medicaid for you. And the ACA gives them a short period of time or else the state faces a fine. This is the way for the very low to no income, to get State Medicaid quickly.

Guess what? this ACA provision went in to effect in 2013. Simply apply. I would download a paper copy and send in the filled out application. If they call you, say that you need help paying for medicine, is there a form for needing extra help? It is against the law to ask someone about their medical conditions or records, so the worker will just send you the application.

In other words, the ACA forces the State to fast track the people missed by the Plans, to Medicaid by the State in which they live.
