Road rage, speeding on the rise in Ohio, AAA reports, even with fewer people on the roads
It has been a year of Wild West driving, with eight in 10 drivers, on at least one occasion, having driven angry, with aggression and sometimes to the point of rage, AAA of Ohio reports,
And speeding tops the list of ill-advised behavior, with men having the heavier foot, but women not far behind.
The auto club suggests that everyday stress, compounded by the pandemic and holidays is creating a crescendo of calamity on the roads.

And try getting across 4 lanes of traffic on the length of that bridge to get your right exit during rush hour in a snowstorm...
Happened to me once!

(26,847 posts)has already made an impact. So far I've gotten two partial refunds of car insurance paid.
Accidents are down, claims are down.
When all this is over, a noticeable percentage of people will never return to a daily commute. Don't know if it will be enough to give me additional rebates, but that's just one of the permanent changes in our lives.
