I think the city powers that be are expecting a bad weekend here in C-bus

That is the statehouse on the other side of the street; the fancy spiked fence, anyone know how old that is?

1. There is an organized rally planned for tomorrow morning.

However, I’m seeing a lot of other folks are heading back down there and to Lockbourne/Livingston tonight. It could get dicey tonight. The organizers for tomorrow are working hard to stress peaceful, legal protest. I’ve attended a few of their events, and they are usually peaceful.

Not a good sign.

I have no idea how old that fence is, iris.

What’s the vibe from where you are right now?

... they will crack heads and arrest people.

BTW that fence is fairly new .... not unless it was recycled from an old home or farmhouse.

... the scenes I saw from downtown last night just pissed me off. It was violence, property destruction,
and throwing stuff at the cops just for fun of it without a scintilla of doing anything to make things better.
BTW a lot of the "trouble makers" were white too.

What I saw last night was pure bullshit. The cops, the sheriff's dept., and the State Patrol
are not going to be as calm tonight nor should they be. When and if the order comes down to
"clean things up" do not be surprised if you see the mounted police pushing people in a given
direction. Water cannons, dogs, tear gas, and knee knockers will be ready. BTW the cops also
use some stuff that will shine under a black light to let them know it you were part of a riot.

BTW we also have the anti C-19 shut down folks going to the Governor's House tonight too.

God I hope nobody gets killed. And crap like this is what Trump wants too.

Pick up the mailboxes, empty the trash and secure anything smaller than a truck. NYC welds manhole covers shut. Philly greases the light standards!

OSU & CPD, after awhile cracked down on the drunk & disorderly dumbasses.

Last big riot was in May, 1970, after Kent State.

I fear it can't be quelled without justice. Each city has their own story. Pandoras box has been opened.
