The National Hurricane Center is issuing advisories on Tropical
Depression Three
, located near the northwestern Bahamas.

Tropical cyclone formation is not expected during the next 5 days.

TD #3 is expected to become absorbed by a cold front as it moves north towards Cape Fear, NC Tue night into early Wednesday morning. The TD could cause some low-end impacts including rip currents, rough surf, and localized flooding. Additionally, the cold front could result in a few severe thunderstorms as it moves through the area Tue afternoon and Tue night.
