They don't cap the number of tickets that they give out (at least, they didn't in their pre-election stops). They actually preferred to overbook so that they could claim an SRO crowd and a long line waiting to get in.

Plus... you have to give them a cell number to send the tix to. You don't want to end up on their texting list.
