Ballots sent for by-mail special election in Valley
VALLEY, Neb. (WOWT) - Ballots are in the mail for Valley’s special city council election next Tuesday.
The election will be conducted by mail with no polling places open for voting.
The election is being held because residents voted to recall the mayor and city council president in November.
All ballots will be mailed to voters who reside within the City of Valley official boundaries and are registered at their current address.
