ACLU of Nebraska supplies resource to help voters decide on judges up for retention in 2024 election

OMAHA, Neb. — The ACLU of Nebraska's goal is for voters to know their ballot from top to bottom.

They hope to help voters make an informed decision when it comes to judges up for retention.

There are a total of 33 judges up for retention in Nebraska this election cycle.

In Douglas County, voters will choose yes or no on five district court judges and two juvenile court judges.
