With the news of a second big land purchase in Montana,

I can't stop thinking about Why??

Yes our mountain areas are beautiful, the air and water are clean and a person can get away from it all. You don't need but a couple of acres outside of any small town to get that.

I think these billionaires are dumping their money here to avoid taxes. Why?

Because our R governor wants to have a sales tax in Montana to replace property taxes. With the state legislature full of fellow R's it is a shoe in for the 2023 session.

Can anyone talk me out of this crazy tree?

There are small groups scattered all over. Is it better togather in one large group? I'm thinking about housing and supplies. Would they sell their homes and move the whole family or would it just be another man camp?
