I won't steal erpowers' whole OP but a part of the excerpt

another reporter is reporting that protests are largely peaceful and when anyone in the crowd tries to attempt to destroy property people within the crowd stop that person from destroying property.

Someone says L.E. are "grabbing trouble makers outside of the main crowds."
