I was so caught up in the irony of Paulsen, who has been endorsed by the Kochs and supports Trump calling Dean a "shady businessman" that I completely missed the dog whistle aspect of it.

Thanks for point that out. It totally makes sense coming from such a white dude like Paulsen. Plus, he tries to make himself looks so guiltless and nice, but has others do his dirty work for him.
He's a piece of shit.
