holding that "the right of privacy under the Minnesota Constitution encompasses a woman’s right to decide to terminate her pregnancy." It's possible that at some future date more conservative justices could end up on the state court and could overturn Doe v. Gomez, as SCOTUS overturned Roe on the federal level, but with Dems now controlling both houses of the state legislature, I think it's likely that they will enact statutory protection to prevent that from happening.
