This November, Democrats are running in all 110 House and 38 Senate districts, contesting every legislative race on the ballot for yet another cycle. This recruitment lays the foundation for Democrats to flip the Michigan House, defend the Senate majority, and rebuild a Democratic trifecta in this competitive battleground state. Michigan is a top DLCC battleground state in 2026, and the first slate of target races in the state was announced earlier in the cycle than ever before.
