People raising the specter of fascism against this guy tacitly deny the power of the human spirit to grow, learn and change.
Yes, there is a chance he is blatantly lying, and he will start quoting Hitler and Trump while standing atop Cadillac Mountain. It is far more likely he will try to represent the people of Maine as best he can.
