I got my 'Vaccine Passport' via an app from the Louisiana Dept of Health.

It's a Smart Health Card that uses the LA Wallet app to link my Driver's License to my vaccination record. It even lists the effective date of vaccination and has my a copy of my Driver's License. Pretty cool!

NY had one, which nobody used. The other 6 flavors were rated low for security of your data.
I tried each of them looking for the best for the family. Decided to just photo the card and keept the result on the phone.

I’ll never go anywhere that’s needing to see mine anyway.

Hope it works out for those who utilize the app.
