SPOTLIGHT RACE: Zach Maier for KS-HD39

Zach Maier is an engineer from Johnson County running in November to flip Kansas House District 39. Zach has spent his career building tech, volunteering, and leading teams to solve everyday problems. Now he’s ready to take that energy and experience to Topeka to fight for fully funded public schools, investment in modern jobs and local business, and privacy protections. If Zach is elected, he’s committed to bringing balance and common sense to the statehouse while building a stronger future for Kansas’s working families.

House District 39 was decided by less than 500 votes in the last two elections. This year, Zach is mounting a strong campaign with the support of the DLCC to unseat a Republican incumbent and help build Democratic power in the Kansas House.
