Chad Daybell sentenced to death by jury in the murders of Tylee Ryan, JJ Vallow, and Tammy Daybell

He will be sentenced on the additional convictions of insurance fraud shortly but I guess it doesn't matter all that much. I'm not a fan of the DP but after hearing what he did to JJ Vallow and Tylee Ryan especially, I can't really disagree with the jury. A tragedy all around.

Of insane pseudo-religious beliefs. I had to stop reading about it.

it's that it can be gotten wrong - and not fixed until after an innocent person is executed. (and weirdly, this tends to happen more often if that innocent person is the wrong shade of tan.)

There are certainly other reasons against using the DP (such as the effect on the others involved in the process); but the risk of executing the innocent is what should make it a no-go, period.

I haven't gotten into the details of what this cretin did, but I did hear it was pretty awful.

they should add this to it. If after the sentence is carried out, the defendant is found innocent because of new evidence, the judge and and jury shall all be executed for their mistakes. Would be very few executions.

you had heard every crazy thing, along came another.

Evil, evil man. Still, I wish they gave him life so he could stew in his mess.
