Record numbers of Big Bend voters turn out Monday to cast their ballot for Nov. 5 election
TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WCTV) - Over 10,000 people cast their votes in person Monday for the upcoming November election.
Leon County beat its day one totals from 2020, with over 6,000 votes cast on Monday alone. Wakulla was the only other Big Bend county to crack 1,000 ballots cast.
Many people sent in their early votes, with over 29,000 mail-in ballots across the area.
