Friday night DC storm UPDATE: Very concerned about volatile, hazardous conditions 8-11a Saturday:

strong winds + heavy snow. Gusts 40+ mph poss. Very low visiblity. Plan to STAY IN if poss.
Believe it or not BLIZZARD warning issued for Blue Ridge for 5-10" of snow + 55 mph winds.

Couldn't trimming dissuade them from your nest?

FIRST, the 2 will meet up; usually, HE arrives first, and waits (sometimes for a few days) for HER to return. They'll 'neck,' and then get to nestkeeping.

Won't be surprised if the electricity goes out. I'll most likely sleep through it because my eyelids are heavy I am having trouble typing this.
