Does anyone know why the FBI raided New Haven's City Hall?

I know our mayor is in disfavor but the FBI isn't brought in for petty stuff.

She will probably not run again. Hubby and I are thinking about the other candidates.

and there's all kinds of stuff about mayor and mayor candidate and misuse of funds.
Darn it. Was hoping it had something to do with new charges against Manafort.
