On the east coast. Tornadoes, snowstorms devastating the Midwest. Forget Mars. We need to learn how to work with Mother Nature here on Earth or it will be unsustainable for too many of us

I just checked on Zillow and did the math. Recently sold manufactured home values in Pacific Palisades range from $413,000 to $1.76M, with an average price of $733,464

Location! Location! Location!

Just watched the whole thing. I'm stunned.

One thing I've learned from watching this. If you have to evacuate quickly with only what you can carry, you might be able to save some stuff by burying in large flower pots, or putting in the dryer.
