Sinking San Francisco Millennium Tower's condo price plummets

San Francisco's Millennium Tower has been sinking for several years. Its structural issues and the current state of city housing mean one condo lost nearly half of its value.

$600,000 is cheap, but a solution hasn’t been found in seven years. The residents are told the building is safe, but I wouldn’t bet on it.

Assuming the building doesn’t end up getting condemned.

My neighbor was the concierge in that building when it started to sink. She said most of the owners there were not full time residents.

And the area it is located in has become a hotbed of crime, vagrancy and illegal drug use. It’s a good example of how the “masters of the universe” often make poor decisions.

I lived in SF from when it was being built and not a year went by where someone wasn’t suing the developer over problems with it. Total shit show
