I've seen it many times over the years. Heroin addicts do it as well, and I guess this new crap does the same thing, when it doesn't outright kill you.

He was sitting at a booth and was completely bent to one side, staring blankly from under his hoodie. It was a strange sight. I thought he must be on something.
