I would strongly suspect they are subject to massive political pressure to lower all numbers until at least Election Day.

I don't know what the situation in AR is with Asa Hutchinson as governor.

Our weekly average of reported cases is steadily going down but reported deaths remain high.
When a lot of news outlets are reporting cases on the rise and the governments reporting
shows decreases. Knowing the W.H. took over the CDC's reporting with a private company
with a non disclosure agreement, I don't trust any of their numbers!

every day and have since March. https://coronavirus.1point3acres.com/en The numbers are the pretty much the same as worldometers within 2-4.

3acres says Arkansas number today is 68,987.
