You do know that U.S. Sen. Tom Cotton is one of the 13?
You may not know this because national media haven't considered the secret planning front-page news, though the well-being of tens of millions of people (their very lives in some cases) hangs in the balance.
Remember this disappearing act the next time Tom Cotton runs over somebody to get in front of a national TV camera to posture on something or another. Ask him why he won't talk about something that has an immediate and direct impact on people in Arkansas.
