Started rewatching "Detectorists"

One of the best British comedies ever. It's such a pleasant thing to watch before hitting the hay. Too bad they didn't make more episodes.

It's just so pleasant and calming. Hard to explain. I love it when the two of them are just sitting against a tree, pondering things. What other show could do such a thing?. Especially American TV shows?

about some retirees who are constantly thinking up ways to kill time in their retirement. The longest running sitcom ever. It is just hilarious and very sweet

The lead actors generally end up sitting on a hillside looking down at the town just talking.

British TV just has a totally different approach, doesn't it?
