a little respite from the news

I have some of the same as the third one from the top.

My flower naming system is pretty much this.
Pretty white, blue, red, yellow, flowers.

For anything not a dandelion , tulip or daffodil.

But I think it’s Columbine.

I know I’ve got a photo of my Columbine buried somewhere …. It looks exactly like Old Crank’s.

This turned out to be smaller than pea size.
I've seen car damage here from hail when it looks like someone used a peening hammer on the roof and hoods.

when everything wakes up from a cold and dreary winter.

The greenery certainly softens up the city. At least the areas out of the center.
