I normally do not manipulate the elements in my photos. And I did not touch any of the berries for a better effect!

Those are our favorite berries!

So, I followed the Yellow Brick Road and borrowed the line……

I am jealous, we never see berries so perfect here. Those fully ripe strawberries lacking the ubiqutous white hips we see on ours. I think that’s why they dip them in chocolate.

BTW, What are the yellows? I think I’ve eaten those long ago, but can’t remember what they are.

We are blessed with an extraordinarily giving climate and I believe that is why our berries are so good.

The yellow berries? I think they may be gooseberries. There are apparently a great many varieties.

If you've never tried them before, grab a box. You won't regret it.

There are other yellow varieties, but those seem to be the most common. The flesh is nothing like other cherries.

The boxes aren't usually labelled, so it can be challenging to discover their names.
