Good to get away from the nonsense of this country for a bit

I was just out with the dog and saw it. You captured it so well!

We've been clouded out since the new moon, so I was eager to capture her tonight!

I'm not sure I deserve it, but I rather like it . . .

I just started getting into digital photography. Tell me your camera, lens, settings, etc.?

Camera: Olympus OM-D E-M10 Mark IV. (It's a 4/3 camera.)

Lens: Olympus 100-400mm plus the internal 2X extender

Focal length: 400 mm

Aperture: F6.3

Exposure Time: 1/60 sec.

ISO: 250

Plus I did some sharpening in the post-production.

And there you have it!

Except 250,000 miles farther away.

Don’t see it. But I do see the usual planes lining up in position for landing at Portland International Airport.

Moon low in the southwest. I took a pic with my cellphone - jeez what a contrast to Peggy's shot, I'm not posting that anywhere.
