(153,353 posts)You bet I stock up! There are several vendors I routinely shop with.
Quiche and berries for breakfast, cookies for dessert, vegetables and fruits for dinners! And if the market doesn't open, which is rare thank goodness, the breakfast goodies are hard to replace.
I do shop at a supermarket where a lot of good things are available, but I prefer to support California farmers whenever I can.

(186 posts)Thank you! I really enjoy them. How lucky you are to have a Farmer's Market available to you and how lucky we are to see the pictures. You are quite a skilled photographer.
I must add that I gave up chocolate for Lent so I was especially excited by the pastries. Only 26 more days until Easter....

(153,353 posts)There are actually many such markets around here; I go to two of them that are convenient and that have good parking.
Thank you for your kind words about my photography! Over the years I have worked to become a better photographer. Today, I had to delete a couple of photos because they were blurry. Such is life!
I remember (way back when I was still a practicing Catholic) giving up lemon drops for Lent. One day a friend offered me one, and I said, thanks, but I've given it up for Lent! It actually felt good.
