Lyon pictures

Sorry about so many. I was there for 6 days. Am really glad to shoot digital. Of course in many ways I was much more deliberate in my picture taking with film when each shot cost at least 50 cents, or more.

We walked a lot. I was a fire inspector for quite a few years. I look up, down under and around.

I like what you've done with reflections and odd angles. And posting lots of photos is perfect for me! I will probably never get there, so this wonderful variety suits me very well.

I try to change things up a bit. The skys weren't very good so cutting them out entirely made sense. The Cathedral one I tried becasue I have so many just straight verticals of them. It was 18mm, 24 mm full frame, and that is all I could get.

Beautiful pictures. Love that gorgeous, Cathedral, "Notre Damede Fourviere", impressive architecture. The play structure looked interesting,

too. I wonder if the parents there must sign a waiver gfor their children. Not that it looks very dangerous. Actually, my fist thought was I like

to go down that slide, at least once.

with a lot less direct supervision. Parents are near but the kids explore alond or with their friends.
If some one falls a parent will pick them up and see if they are okay. Usually bruised egos.
