Penn Valley CA

Went by this area on our quick trip to CA for family business. Tried doign what we advise others not to do when visiting CA or Europe. You can't see it all; don't try.

Gardians at the gate.

These were out in force.

And these,

Always liked these ceilings.

Gardening season in coming.

One saloon to another.

I keep working on it.
I'm not sure just how good but I keep trying to learn how to express what I see.

We went in because it was convenient to what we had to do. I would go there again. But it is a long way from Munich.

And an old boss who is active in the river preservation group. Used to get up there for square dances with my wife's parents and their antique Stanford group. Very pretty area to live in.
