This is Chrysochroa purpureiventris, I think. Check out the blog entry for some discussion of that.
Next is another species in the same genus, Chrysochroa fulgens, the glorious jewel beetle:
This is the invasive planthopper Lycorma delicatula, the spotted lanternfly currently invading the eastern U.S.
And finally, here is the non-insect, Hypocnoctus ranguensis, a whip scorpion or vinegaroon from Myanmar:
