I've had this Supertramp album for decades and never noticed until today...

All I ever saw was a view of the NYC skyline from an airplane window and the Statue of Liberty is a waitress serving "Breakfast In America". Then I finally looked a little closer.....

I was young then so maybe I was distracted by those boobs. haha

I didn't notice it either, but what an awesome album, from back when any instrument was fair game for a rock band!! LT Barclay May 24 #4

I remember admiring the way they used breakfast items to make the skyline. Good album.

I'd bet there isn't any band since that could rock a clarinet.

Ian Anderson can take Jethro's flute back to the high school band he found it in and take lessons from Roger Hodgson's band.
Supertramp was a snapshot of the carefree '70s. and '80s.
