And he had the best hair back then. He still has a full head. I think he's one of yh I se guys that looks better with long hair.

Can't stand it. Plays at every sporting event. Pretty much because of the one line "Born and Raised in South Detroit". Everyone sings along to that one line.

"Hey, it's about us, man".

Except a) there is no South Detroit. Pretty certain they aren't referring to Windsor Canada and b) if you listen to the next line it refers to taking a midnight train to nowhere.

If it really is about Detroit, the subject hates it so much, he wants to take the midnight train to anywhere else in the whole damn country, just as long as he can get the hell out of there.
