Yesterday

As big a Zeppelin fan as I am, I think Who’s Next is probably the greatest rock album ever made. At the very least it’s in the top five.

I have both of these on vinyl.

...ending Baba O'Reilly with a violin solo was inspired!
I've heard live versions with Daltrey doing harmonica. Not the same.
And unless a genius shredder like Satriani or Vai played a violin-like solo, I don't think a guitar solo works.
Just a perfect choice of instrument.
