A [insert meat here] sandwich, w/ dill pickle relish, red onion + Miracle Whip on some kind of toasted wheat bread
was my dad's favorite meal...

He would also put very finely chopped celery in his tuna salad...

My mom, dog rest her soul, once threatened to leave him when he fixed himself a peanut butter + strawberry jam sandwich for "dessert"
one time after a roast beef + potatoes dinner...
