Not the song, but language at me.
When I was 13 I went to the store to buy my first ever album with my own money. (Paper route)
I went there to buy the Cream album with Sunshine....on it.
But, I was new to rock (jazz piano kid) so, I didn't even think to look for the track list.
I bought Wheels Of Fire instead. (The double album was more than what I brought, so I had to bike the 2 miles home to get more money!)
Got it home, and this song was nowhere to be found. Now, I'm kind of mad, but then I put on the live disk. I quit being mad!
All that improvisation! I became an instant fan.
If I had actually gotten the record I went to get, my opinion may have been very different. Because I was a dope, they acquired a fan. Not that it mattered; they had already broken up, but I didn't know that.
I had much to learn!
