Silveroller were in the Netherlands last weekend, opening a festival organized and headlined by DeWolff.

The rough weather then was anything but ideal for a Channel crossing:

But after having the first ferry they'd planned to take canceled, they were able to get another in time to open with this:



That show is getting rave reviews from online fans, including some from other European countries besides the Netherlands who saw and heard them for the first time at DeWolffest. The only magazine reviews I've found so far are from Dutch 'zines, short reviews but very positive. One review mentioned their cover of Otis Redding's Hard To Handle - which the Black Crowes also had a hit with when they covered it.

I haven't seen any video of Silveroller covering this song, unfortunately. Would love to hear their version. Maybe they'll include it in their setlist when they tour the UK with DeWolff again in a few months, and video will show up then.
