Jack Bruce had the real musical chops to keep Clapton and Baker in some sort of order. Like JP Jones did for Zep.

in the aisles of Tower Records at Columbus and Bay in San Francisco in Spring 1968.
Saw Cream in Oakland Fall 1968 when Wheels of Fire was latest album and Cream on last US tour before breakup.
