She's 30 now and she still sleeps with it. Takes it when she travels.

That is beautiful and a gift your granddaughter will have for ever.

I'm making a baby blanket for my cousin's daughter who's pregnant with her first. I made a blanket for each of my cousin's kids when they were little. So, I like carrying on the tradition.
