Love the glistening reflection!

I watched a short tutorial before I did that, it came out better than I’d hoped. I did this from a photograph my husband took and tried to capture the reflection.

I looked at it and thought I was in the photography forum but I’m in the Artist forum..it’s so realistic.
I am once again taken in by your amazing work.

I almost always think when I start a painting “this isn’t coming out so good, I’ll probably have to throw it away” Thank you for your kind words!

It looks like the waves are actually moving. I, too, thought it was a photograph at first. You have a real talent, Diamond_Dog. I am impressed!

Landscapes are sort of my comfort zone, for paint, anyway. lol
