Release

Good Thursday to everyone! Here's a piece I made around the time my brother Micheal passed - 2017. I was asked to paint a few pieces for a show and a reading on the subject of 'Death and Dying'. It was interesting as I was asked this just prior to his downturn. He passed from non-Hodgkins lymphoma, which ultimately nestled in his brain, which apparently is highly unusual. He had an IQ of 158. Anyway, here's an acrylic on canvas I made for the show, just prior to the downturn.

I’m very sorry for the loss of your brother to such a horrid disease.

He was 63 when he passed. Our sister Mary passed at 61 from ovarian cancer. They're at peace now. This is how I see death.
