Never can tell what is behind some of those gawd awful frames. We once found a 'large folio' Currier and Ives print.

(51,235 posts)3. A more experienced dealer told me that people often put a collection of Currier & Ives prints
inside frames so if you see one that is in the original frame, chances are more will be behind it. The most I've ever found in one frame is 2, but you never know what you will find.
