Not sure if I really want to sell it or not.
I have a blank Membership application post card for Student for Democratic Society from 1969.
What is that worth?

I had several elderly family members pass in the last 4 years and i was the executor of all their wills which meant i had to clean out all their houses. I have found tons of cool stuff including a hand carved whale baleen which i dragged home and hung on my wall.

(34,322 posts)I went to a few SDS meetings back in the day. Might frame it and hang on the wall with some of my 60s Grande Ball Room posters from Detroit.
Funny how Im finding that kind of stuff now from estates and yard sales of old folks that passed away now. Kind of makes you feel old.

(34,322 posts)I was doing a pick at a ladys house in Toledo years ago. Was in the garage and I found a dented up gallon oil can and ask how much she wanted for it. She said I could just take it. Had a great old paper label that had the name of a local car dealer on it. Label was near perfect. Looked up the car dealer and it had closed in 1920. Turned out to be pretty rare, so it went to a local museum.
Anyone know of any old hippy or Socialist museum?
